This beautiful soft flowy silk-modal scarf features deep green fronds of the Zamia (Macrozamia riedlei).

Wear this luxurious fashion item numerous ways: wrap it around your neck and shoulders or drape it as an elegant cape - it’s even wide enough to use as a head scarf.

It’s also a great gift to send overseas - super lightweight and showcasing the beauty of Western Australian native flora.

Scarf details:

  • Silk modal fabric
  • 180cm x 40cm
  • Features original photograph of Western Australian native flora digitally printed onto the fabric.

While every attempt has been made to use local Australian manufacturers, this was unfortunately not an option for this fabric blend. Scarves are handmade in China in small batches.

Image details:
The Zamia is native to Western Australia. It looks like a palm, but is actually a cycad, a type of plant with prehistoric ancestry. The fruit is toxic, but was eaten as bush tucker by the local Aboriginal people once properly prepared (don't try it at home kids).

Due to the individuality of fabric textures, and your monitor settings, each scarf may look slightly different to what you see on screen.

Recommended care instructions:

  • Gentle hand wash separately in cold water with mild laundry detergent.
  • Dry flat in shade. Cool iron only.
  • Do not soak. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Do not tumble dry.
  • Avoid contact with sharp or abrasive objects to prevent snags.
