Scented Boronia and Everlasting paper-daisies (Boronia megastigma and Rhodanthe manglesii)
Scented Boronia and Everlasting paper-daisies are both native to Western Australia. The Everlastings are a popular dried cut flower, their papery petals retaining their colour for a long time. Scented Boronia (also known as Brown Boronia) produces a distinctive fragrance, and has delicate dark flowers. While they do not commonly grow in the same areas of the south-west of Australia, this photograph captures them together within a cultivated garden.
