Wreath Leschenaultia (Lechenaultia macrantha)
The Wreath Lechenaultia, commonly known as the Wreath Flower, is a favourite amongst wildflower enthusiasts. Growing in arid and desert areas of the Geraldton Sandplains and Wheatbelt regions Western Australia, these plants grow outward from a central point, with flowers forming around the circular edge, giving a wreath-like effect when viewed from above. Individual plants can grow to up to one metre in diameter, with flowers ranging from hot pink softening to white.
